Bad ceremony, bad!

I hate awards ceremonies. I hate them, I hate them, I hate them.

We had one today, for Team Lightning. I only have two team teachers, so I wasn’t expecting one anyway. It was still disappointing, though.

Wake up, Devo. You’re Devo. You don’t get awards at school. They don’t recognize you. They never have and they never will. The only thing you’ll ever get for is A/B Honor Roll. That’s all you’re good for there.

What’s worse is that the people who got the awards for outstanding in English were Meg Barton and Nicki Underwood. Both girls are my friends.

I’m sorry. I shouldn’t be doing this, but it does hurt.

Am I not good enough to be recognized?
